Details
It is a tourist-residential project under construction on a land area of approx. 16,000 m2, overlooking the spectacular Piscadera Bay, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel and the premier hotel district in Curaçao. Within walking distance from the Hook’s Hut pristine beach, and with easy access to restaurant service, beach chairs, diving lessons, and more. The Master Plan project has allocated an area of land located on the seashore of approx. 4000 square meters to the construction of commercial shops, restaurants and a boat dock where you can go sailing and visit the stunning beaches around the island.

Social Area
The social area will have an infinity pool, overlooking the Bay of Piscadera and the Caribbean Sea, a fitness area, walkways and lush landscaping. The area will be completely enclosed and will feature a reception area, an administrative office and a small business center.
Management
Harbour Village Piscadera owners will have the rental, administration and maintenance service of their units, thus being able to obtain an income on their investment. For this service, Piscadera Harbour Village has selected Key Management Group, a company of international experience in administration and management of properties and hotels, and whose directors have a working relationship with the Trump Group.

Piscadera Harbour V. Type 1
These units, approx. 80 square meters each, will be built in 6 modules of two-story buildings each: 7 modules of eight apartments each and 1 module of three floors with 11 apartments, which will contain the reception area for owners and visitors with a small business center. These units of 80 square meters will be distributed as follows: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room and terrace or balcony, and one parking space.
