Pineapple Estate
Pineapple Estate is the first “gated community” project built in Curaçao. It is also Mr. Neuman’s first project.
A gated community a residential estate where all the entrances and exits are closed so everyone entering or leaving the estate may be monitored. The Pineapple Estate consists of 9 spacious dwellings with a communal swimming pool, in the Dominquito district. The houses are built in different styles and none of them are alike.
