LAGOON OCEAN RESORT is a very pleasant and enclosed resort in Banda Abou, the nice quiet part of Banda Abou where you will find the most attractive bays and beaches.

The complex is only about 30 minutes from Hato Airport and approximately 45 minutes from Punda, the beautiful center of downtown Willemstad.

In the immediate vicinity of the resort there are restaurants and famous beaches such as Grote Knip, Kalki, Playa Jeremi and Forty available. The village Barber is located just 10 minutes by car and offers the most important facilities including a supermarket, groceries, gas station, restaurant and church.

Lagoon Ocean Resort is implemented in two phases, each situated on one side of the bay Lagun, with its very cozy beach. Although the bay and the beach are right next door, swimming pools are also realized on each side of the resort.

At the completion of construction a homeowners association is established.

Lagoon Ocean Resort on a purchased property is fully owned by the respective buyer, but the underlying plot concerns leasehold land. The ground rent in 2006 was Nafl. 2.80 per m2 of built area.
